Mwoven is present online since 2021 In late 2021 we had +100 online reviews in the United States. And made collaborations with designers and influencers.

We make sure to provide the best quality available by imposing quality checks on each product.

Our checks and rules include the choice of materials, weaving techniques, washing and drying, the look and finish. With the goal to provide high end products.  

Repair & Replacement & Refund

The warranty provided by Mwoven covers repair, replacement of the product, or a refund. If in the period of warranty the product is defective Mwoven will, depending on the issue, repair, replace the product, or issue a refund.

All requests must be accompanied with the proof of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

• Lifetime Weaving warranty: Mwoven warrants weaving defects for as long as the initial purchaser continues to maintain and own the product.
• 2 Years wearable parts warranty. for zippers, Stitchings on poufs and pillows
• 1 Years finish warranty for all Pillows and poufs

Warranty Limitations

The warranty is only applicable to the initial purchaser or homeowner.

The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

• Products repaired in any way by the initial purchaser without an authorization from Mwoven.
• Products damaged because of misuse, negligence of care instruction.
• Products used in a way contrary to the intended normal use.
