At Mwoven each item is carefully and uniquely handled. One by one. From the making process to the packaging and shipping operations.

Your lead time depends on the below factors:

• Rugs & Pillows already in stock. 2-3 business days handling, 3 to 5  business days shipping to your address (FedEx Express/ DHL Express).
• Rugs made to order. These are items that we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 6 weeks. with 3 to 5 Business Days Delivery Time with (FedEx Express/ DHL Express)
• Customized Rugs . Depending on the customization. The lead time can go from 2 week to 6 weeks. More precise information is provided based on your specific order.

Mwoven Offer Free Express Shipping In The US/ EU / CA / AU, and Express shipping worldwide with (FedEx Express/ DHL Express).

For US clients Mwoven takes care of custom fees/taxes so no additional charges to expect.

For clients outside the US please note that local customs fees may apply to your order. 

For PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses: Unfortunately, the shipping company we work with “DHL Express” does not accept PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses

 

Returns

You have 30 days to return the product after delivery.

For product issues. You are covered by our brand warranty. In this case, you can be eligible to product replacement or returns at no additional costs.

If you just changed your mind or didn't like the product you can get a return label from Mwoven for a small fee. Or you can return the product at your own cost.
